National Health Center Week

Help us celebrate National Health Center Week by bringing your family up to date on their healthcare. National Health Center Week is celebrated annually to recognize the work that community health centers have done for the past 50 plus years. The National Association of Health Centers started this week to celebrate how community health centers provide health care for everyone regardless of their financial ability. This year’s theme is “Celebrating America’s Health Centers: The Key to Healthier Communities” and takes place August 13 – 19. Beginning July 10th through August 16th come to Shingletown Medical Center (by appointment only) and receive free give-a-ways for well child & teen exams, annual Paps, hemosures and colonoscopies.

All children and teens having well child exams, adults getting annual Paps or hemosures/colonoscopies will receive a free give-a-way. Children and teens will receive a voucher for a free soft serve ice cream courtesy of the Shingletown Store. Adults will receive a $5 gift certificate to be used at Higher Grounds. Take care of your health and receive something fun too!

and the winner isEveryone taking advantage of these exams will also be entered into a grand prize drawing for one of three $100 gift cards of the winner’s choice at Wal-Mart, Winco, Amazon or Home Depot. The drawing will be held on August 17th during National Health Center Week.
